My job is to listen to what your body is "saying" in it's own unique language.

In a session, I work with you on many levels-mind, body, spirit, emotional, energy, etc.  I get out of the way and allow your body's innate wisdom to guide the session, as it reveals what its priority is for healing.  It may use its voice to describe physical imbalances, or it may reveal stories from your past that you will relate to.  The very act of listening to what the body has to say, and of seeing what it reveals, stimulates the body to begin a profound shift for healing.  And stimulates consciousness to expand within.

My BodyTalk session with her was an amazing experience that gave me new insights into my health and my innate ability to heal physically, mentally and spiritually. Rita's ability to communicate with my body was truly impressive, and she communicated back to me several details about my health that she had no prior knowledge of. After our session, Rita gave me practical, down to earth 'home-work' that has empowered me in my healing. I felt very comfortable and at ease with her.

I also contacted Rita for an BodyTalk session on my cat when she was ill without veterinary explanation. I sat with my cat while Rita did the session (by distance), and what transpired astounded me! When she was finished, Rita offered remarkable insight and explanation, and I'm very happy to say that my cat has returned to full health.
